MEXICO, Mexico City, clump of one cob 8 reales fragment in large coral conglomerate, Philip IV, assayer not visible. 564 grams total. Roughly 6" x 5" x 3-½". Large accumulation of encrusted coral and other debris with single cob 8R fragment sticking out and showing the upper left quadrant of the bold cross, possibly containing other coins or items inside. With original certificate from Captain Tracy Bowden through his contract with the Dominican Republic. Recovered from: Concepción, sunk in 1641 off Hispaniola
