Cal. 9mm Luger. S# 3368b. Bbl. 4" w/ fin shaped front sight & full matching number. Mfg. 1935 w/ "G" date code over chamber. Early acceptance mark variation numbered 930a-5000d; 34,000 units. "S/42"on toggle. I beam proofs of S92 & W154 (1st variation). Arsenal quality refinish w/ only ejector being straw colored plus only safety bar & hold open latch being in the white; blued interior. Matching numbered metal parts including rear toggle pivot plus left grip also having "H"; right w/ single digit that appears to be "5" plus "Z" & "W". MAGS: 1 fair to good tin plated 8 rd. w/ wood base numbered "2925" perpendicular to dimples w/ lg. numerals. Noticeably stained body w/ finish loss. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: good brown flap holster w/ buckle & strap retention. Lift strap, mag. pouch & tool pouch. Underside of flap boxed inked "1911" & second unreadable box. Stamped "1911" & w/ maker's name that appears to be "L.RITGEN" over "KARLSBURG". Dbl. belt loops on back w/ scuffs & marks throughout but no breaks or damage. 24 Oct. 1945 dated capture paper issued to Sgt. Vincent DiNatale listing pistol along w/ baby box camera & German Revue wristwatch; fold creases but very good condition. CONDITION: good to very good overall appearance as refinished over some spots of light pitting. All blued including coupling link & recoil lever. Safety bar in the white & nice straw colors on ejector. Slight thinning on front of rails, sideplate & at muzzle. Slight hand wear on grips w/ light marks; mostly right. Abundance of grease in action. Good bore w/ wear & even light pitting in grooves. (22-111/NW). CURIO. $1,200-1,800.
