Marston"" 1p. 8vo., Washington, Apr. 29, 1867 to Brevet Brig. Gen. Joab Patterson recommending a new U. S. deputy marshall for Portsmouth, N. H. Included is an A.L.S. from a William Sicles requesting Marston's choice for the position. Some ink bleeding, else very good.
