Made by Rock Island Arsenal and so marked with the arsenal attached leather socket for holding the flagpoles while riding. **Excellent Condition. Stirrup leather is in great shape showing some slight cracking on the back lower side but is still pliable. One of the leather straps have detached on the backside of the pole holder. Wood is solid and rivets are all present. Overall in very good to excellent condition** $300-$500
