Bold ink signature, “Lyndon B. Johnson,” on a 5 x 5.5 off-white sheet, to which was later added the Oath of Office administered to Johnson aboard Air Force One returning from Dallas after the assassination of John F. Kennedy on November 22, 1963. Very nicely cloth matted and framed with a ballpoint signature of Judge Sarah T. Hughes, who administered the oath to Johnson, on an off-white card. Along with a photo of Johnson taking the oath and a small plaque, to an overall size of 21.5 x 17. In fine condition. A boldly signed solemn reminder of one of the most recognized and memorable transfers of power in US history.
