I hope that your and his anxieties are over and that the commission will come through as expected in February...[signed] Lyndon B. Johnson''. Accompanied by the free franked envelope bearing Johnson's printed signature and Wright's U.S. Air Force Certificate of Proficiency, one of the forms referenced.
