Lucille Ball Personally Owned 17"Cartier Plate.A gleaming plate engraved at center with the image of a carousel horse, surrounded by the name of the event, ''The Carousel Ball / 1981." Pewter plate was presented by Barbara and Marvin Davis to Lucille Ball and her husband Gary Morton for their support at the Denver Carousel fundraising ball for diabetes. Underside of the plate is marked, ''Cartier Pewter 17." Housed in a Cartier pouch made of azure fabric. Accompanied by the original red cardboard Cartier box with a carousel sticker affixed to the lower right of the lid. Plate measures 7'' in diameter and weighs 14 ounces. Some marks to underside. In Near Fine condition with scratching throughout. COAs from Lucie Arnaz and Heritage Auctions.
