Ugo Nespolo (born 29 August 1941 in Mosso, Biella) is an Italian painter and sculptor, particularly known for his experimental films, his applied arts works and his artistic collaborations in advertising, theatre and literature.: Luca Alinari (born 1943) is an Italian painter.Self-taught, he made his debut in 1968 with his first one-man show at the Galleria Inquadrature in Florence. During the 1970s he began an intense research on the free juxtaposition of objects and figures within a fantastical and suspended atmosphere, influenced by Neo-Dada and Pop Art research. In these years he experimented with various pictorial techniques, in which he combined fluorescent colours, decalcomania, collage and photographic transpositions. Between 1972 and 1973 he exhibited in the main private galleries in Florence, presented by his friend the poet Alfonso Gatto. During the 1980s he gained official recognition through his participation in the Venice Biennale in 1982 and in the 11th Rome Quadriennale in 1985. He became established on the national art scene in 1993 with the retrospective mounted at the Palazzo Reale in Milan, where he showed an important group of works spanning his whole artistic career. This exhibition concluded with the fantastical landscapes of his maturity, characterised by bright, vivid colours and an extremely original pictorial technique combining thickly applied pigment with refined fields of smooth, transparent colour..

If a purchase arrives and it is defective or damaged, you will get a full refund or replacement item with a similar value of your choice if the oversight was ours. Prior to returning an item, the customer must obtain a Return Authorization from one of our representatives.
Returns
All sales are final. There are no cancellations, returns or refunds. Under certain circumstances, we may make an exception and allow a cancellation, return or approve a refund. However, in the case of a return, the Buyer's Premium and Shipping Cost will not be refunded.
Payment Due
A seller will contact the Buyer within three (3) days of the completion of the auction. Complete payment is due upon receipt of notification of a successful bid and must be done by the Buyer no later than 7 days after an invoice is received. Title shall pass to the Buyer once payment in full has been made. All shipping charges will be borne by the Buyer. Any item that has not been paid within 7 days after the receipt of the notification may be put back on the auction block for sale. Any buyer that does not make payment will automatically be blocked from future auctions and will be filed with a collection agency and the credit bureau.

Right to refuse sale
We reserve the right to refuse any sale due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to: damage to an item, out of stock listing, misrepresented item, withdrawn consignment, or other such issues. In the event of a refused sale for which payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued equal to the purchase price of the given piece.
