Cherokee Print ''Dark Passage'' by Ron Mitchell, #16/250, measures 12.75'' x 9'', numbered in lower left corner, hand signed by artist in lower right corner, comes with COA, Artist Bio: Ron Mitchell was born in Georgia in 1943. Since his first Art Show in 1971, he has been the recipient of over 300 awards in local and national art shows, Ron has exhibited in galleries and museums throughout the U.S. and is a frequent exhibitor at the Indian Arts and Crafts Associations' markets, winning best booth award and best of category winner for artist of the year 1997, 2000, and 2002. The artist is a duly registered member of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma, C0046496. He has certified his degree of Cherokee blood, according to guidelines set by the B.I.A. Provenance on back of frame.

*** If an item is materially different than was described by the Seller, Buyer shall have 48 hours from the date the property is received to notify the Seller. After the 48 hour period all items are considered as is, without recourse. No buyers premium or shipping will be re-embursed on items returned for any reason.

Items not paid for upon the non pay warning, will be relisted for resale within 10 days. You represent that you are over the age of 18 and can enter into legal contracts. *** The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser, regardless of the time the bids were placed. In the event of a tie between bidders, the auctioneer shall have the sole and final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after sale, the Company's sale record shall be conclusive in all respects.
