Simply Lovely Signed Super Fine Part Silk Persian Isfahan. 100%Natural, hand woven, vegetable dye, pure silk, and finest baby lamb's wool pile on pure silk foundation. This is an unbelievably lustrous fine Isfahan with a beautiful arabesque pattern on a gorgeous ruby red background with an exquisite sunburst central medallion. This fine Isfahan is woven masterfully, knot by knot, and it is signed by a renowned master weaver named "Enteshari" and it has about 400 knots per square inch. It takes a master weaver over two years to weave and create this fascinating piece. The glowing silk high lights give this lovely piece a three dimensional character. Isfahan is located in the south central part of Iran and lies at the edge of the grand desert of Iran. Isfahan is known for producing some of the finest and most beautiful rugs in the country.
