Love Affair (Columbia, 1932). Window Card (14 X
Love Affair (Columbia, 1932). Window Card (14" X 22"). Humphrey Bogart was new at his craft when hired by Columbia for his first leading role in this film. He stars opposite Dorothy Mackaill, a former Ziegfeld girl, who was a star of silents. Very little in the way of posters has ever turned up for this early Bogart film and this is perhaps the only copy of this window card known. The card is unrestored and has a chip off of the upper left corner. There is an uneven cut to the right side, which appears to be the nature of the original cut. There is slight moisture staining to the very lower right corner of the card. The image is wonderful and is a must have for the Bogart completist. It would be a long time before one would ever get a chance at a poster from this rare title again? Fine+.
