Meara, I send you my book in appreciation of your interest in my work & of your great kindness to me. Louis C. Tiffany, Feb. 18th, 1919.” Light toning and soiling to signed page, several loose and detached pages, separated front hinge, loose binding, and wear and flaking to covers and spine, otherwise very good condition.
