Vintage glossy 10 x 8 photo of a poster for Louis Armstrong and His All Star Esquire Combo, signed and inscribed vertically in the left border in green fountain pen “To Delores from Louis Armstrong.” Also signed again in green fountain pen by Armstrong next to his image. The remaining members of his group have signed near their images in various color fountain pen: Earl ‘Fatha’ Hines, Jack Teagarden, Big Sid Catlett, Velma Middleton, Barney Bigard, and Arvell Shaw. In fine condition, with a few scattered edge marks and creases, and some light vertical curling. A boldly signed example of one of Armstrong’s classic line-ups.
