This cobalt blue elegant Depression Glass Art Deco hand blown pitcher was produced by the prestigious LOUIE Glass Co. during the early 1930s and is known as HARPO, in honor of one of the famous Marx Bros. - Groucho, Zeppo, & Chico pitchers and tumblers were also made by LOUIE Glass. These four pitchers, were named by Hazel Marie Weatherman and are shown on pg 249 in her book - Colored Glassware of the Depression Era vol 2. The electric cobalt blue bulbous pitcher stands 9 inches tall and has a beautiful reeded crystal applied handle and is in excellent condition forits age.
