Shipping & handling costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be charged accordingly.
Packing & Shipping is available for an additional charge of $15.00 for the first item which includes an appropriate shipping container and packing materials, and $5 per additional item, plus the actual cost from Canada Post for mailing. All shipments will be charged to your credit card or sent via Canada Post C.O.D. International shipments may be subject to customs/import fees/duties and they are the responsibility of the buyer. All shipments will require a signature on delivery. Shipping will begin following the auction end once local pickups and deliveries are sorted out.
ALL PACKING AND SHIPPING OF ITEMS WILL BE AT THE DESCRETION OF THE AUCTIONEER. WHEN ITEMS ARE TOO BULKY OR TO FRAGILE TO BE SHIPPED AS ONE LOT THEY WILL BE SPLIT INTO MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS.
ANY SHIPPMENTS CONSIDERED BREAKABLE, SUCH AS GLASS WARE, FRAMED GLASS PICTURES AND SUCH WILL REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT BY EMT ( Electric Money Transfer / E – Transfer ) FOR THE TOTAL INVOICE AMOUNT WHEN THE INTIAL INVOICE NOTIFICATION IS SENT. NO SHIPPING OF OVERSIZE ITEMS.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Each Internet Buyer must register with Meyers Auctions & Appraisals Service prior to bidding. The highest bidder on a lot shall be the buyer of the lot. The purchase price shall be the sum of 1) the price at which the item is sold, plus 2) A BUYER'S PREMIUM OF 20%, plus 3) 5% Goods & Services sales tax.
ACCEPTANCE :
The purchaser is legally liable to pay for the item or pay the difference if we must re offer and sell the item for a lower price.
REGULATION OF BID:
The Auctioneer shall regulate the bidding and shall be the sole arbiter of any disputes. Meyers Auctions & Appraisals Service reserves the right to withdraw items listed at any time before the sale and reject a bid from any bidder. Some items may be subject to an undisclosed reserve. When the reserve is not met the item will be shown as: NOT SOLD ( BIDDING OVER ). The HIGH BID will be shown but as the undisclosed reserve was not met it will be declared NOT SOLD.
ONLINE BIDDING:
Meyers Auctions & Appraisals Service will not be liable for malfunctions, errors or omissions (hardware, software, electronic, human or otherwise), whether or not due to Meyers Auctions & Appraisals Service fault or negligence, resulting in the inaccurate transmittal of bids, the failure to execute bids or any other irregularity.

PICKUP / SHIPPING:
The invoice must be paid in full and merchandise picked up DURING THE PICKUP DATES AND TIMES INDICATED or shipping arrangements made within TWO days of the date of sale. A storage fee will be charged if merchandise is left longer than two (2) weeks of $10.00 per lot per day. If the property is left longer than THE FINAL PICKUP TIMES NOTED BELOW it will be considered abandoned -- unless prior arrangements in writing have been made.. Items won online cannot be picked up from the auction house / onsite location until the following day unless earlier time are noted below.
