Lot of two large military brass powder flasks; first, a Martially inspected N.P. Ames fouled anchor USN flask, dated 1843 with “P” proofs and “WAT” inspection stamp, in overall good condition with both hanging rings present; the second is a US stand of flags and eagle over shaking hands ornamented flask in overall good condition showing a nice patina with scattered nicks and some dents, graduated brass charger marked “Batty 1853”. Est.: $400-$800.
