Lot of two important original WW I era letters and photographs framed and in overall very good condition. The first is dated March 2, 1916 and is translated on the back referring to a thank you note to the recipient with a photo of FieldMarshal Von Hindenburg; the second is dated February 18, 1916 and is translated on the back indicating Von Hindenburg “is delighted” concerning “the results of your terrible battle”, signed by Captain and aide to the Field Marshal,M. Libencrock, with a photo of von Hindenburg standing beside an early European “Model T”. Est.: $150-$300.
