Light soiling with small areas of loss along horizontal folds, very good condition; <B>Deed between Thomas Broome and William Chiseldyne,</B></I> vellum, one page with docketing, 13" x 10.5", Manton, February 3, 1619. Folds, soiling and moderate browning, very good condition; <B>Separate vellum document, also between Broome and Chiseldyne,</B></I> vellum, 2 pp., 8" x 2.75".
