Lot of cartridge belts including; Woven fabric belt, Mills type, .40 caliber rifle loops, showing stamped dog-head brass buckle. Approx. size 36 measuring 3-1/8” in width. Good condition, with one 40-82 Winchester cartridge which fits perfectly. Type commercially available in the 1880’s to early 1900’s. 2) Along with a woven fabric Mills style unmarked cartridge belt, .40 caliber sized loops, double rows of cartridges, stamped “Old Reliable” brass belt buckle, signed Anson Mills 1881 on reverse. Good condition, nice patina on original buckle, with brass keeper still intact. Eight 40-65 caliber shells which fit it nicely. 3) 1870’s era cartridge belt, .45 caliber loops, in relic condition, showing repairs and frontier use, for .44 Henry cartridges. 4) Mexican style cartridge belt, aluminum buckle, circa approx. 1920, .38 caliber loops, 2-1/2” in width, good condition.
