Each auction is a consignment auction. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS AND WHERE IS. Unless graded by a 3rd party grading service, we do not attribute lots with official grades. We may describe items with adjectives, but this is only an opinion and the actual bidder must solely decide condition. All items must be paid for in full prior to receiving the lots. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS.
A valid credit card is required to be approved as a bidder at this auction. ***PLEASE NOTE won auction lots will be paid by your credit card on file with Proxibid the Tuesday after the auction unless we are notified by email. Please email us at foxvalleycoinsauction@gmail.com if you are going to send a check or money order so we do not withdraw funds from your credit card.
Though we try to describe all items accurately, we will not be held responsible for cataloging errors. Absentee bidding is permitted by phone, fax, email, or mail. Absentee bids are due 24 hours prior to the auction. Absentee bids may be faxed to 630-836-0080. All bidders must register and provide ID prior to viewing lots.

Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Fox Valley Coin Auctions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Fox Valley Coin Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.
