C. Page & Company, 1924. Revised and enlarged edition. 8vo. With color illustrations and sepia plates. Dark brown cloth with printed color illustration on cover and spine. Attached fold-out map present in the back. Good. Light foxing, one illustration has a tear, one page has a corner torn off but text not affected, a few pages with creased corners. Very slight shelf wear and colors bright on cover and spine. 2. WELLS, J. The Charm of Oxford. London: Simpkin, Marshall, Hamilton, 1921. Second edition (revised). 4to. With 26 tipped-in illustrations of Oxford scenes and interiors. Original dark blue cloth with gilt. Dust jacket with an illustration of Oxford skyline silhouette.  Good. The dust jacket is torn on the corners. It was taped to the top front of the book and, along with the tape remnant, is still adhering. Book corners bumped, inscription on the flyleaf, small bookseller label. Pages and illustrations are clean. 3. and 4. HUTCHINGS, W. W. London Town Past and Present. With a chapter on the Future in London by Ford Madox Hueffer, Profusely Illustrated from Old Prints and from Photographs and Drawings. Vols. I-II. Original blue cloth with gilt lettering and armorial decoration.  Both volumes are in good condition. Shelf wear and rubbing, slight staining and discoloring to covers, foxing to endpapers, but text blocks are glossy paper and look good.
