Lot of 3 color lithographs of Joseph Mugnaini's painting ''Carnival'', from the personal collection of Ray Bradbury. One of the lithos is signed by Ray Bradbury in black felt tip and by the artist in pencil; the other two are limited editions, both signed by the artist and numbered 7 of 100 and 60 of 150 respectively. This famous ''Carnival'' artwork (the original of which is lot 4 in this auction) is the very first painting that Bradbury bought from Mugnaini, and established their lifelong collaboration, with Mugnaini illustrating many of the covers of Bradbury's books. Original painting is circa 1952, and these lithos date to 1955. Each measures 26'' x 20''. The one numbered 7 of 100 is matted and framed to an overall size of 29.75'' x 25''. The one signed by Bradbury bears a tiny pencil notation to lower left corner of border. Lot is near fine overall. With a COA from the Ray Bradbury estate.
