You ar bidding on a lot of two depression era glass items. The first item is a Green and Green milk glass small bowl. The bowl measures 6 1/2 inches in diameter at the top and features a delicately pierced rim. The bowl is 2 1/4 inches tall. Item two is a green glass compote. The compote is 3 icnehs tall and has a diameter of 6 inches at the top Both pieces are in perfect condtion although in need of a cleaning. See the photographs for more details. Thanks for bidding.

1. This is a public auction sale conducted by e-Baron Auctions, licensed and bonded Auctioneers.
2. By submitting a bid, whether in person, by mail, by phone, by facsimile, by the internet, or through an agent or employee, the bidder acknowledges (a) receipt of the catalog, (b) that the bidder has read the Terms and Conditions of Sale and the descriptions for the lots on which they have bid, and (c) that they agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
3. A buyer's premium of 15% of the successful bid price will be added to and is payable by the purchaser as part of the total purchase price.
4. e-Baron Auctions takes great care and diligence in cataloguing lots offered for auction. All property is sold "as is" and neither we nor the Consignor(s) make any warranties or representations as to the correctness of the catalog entry or other descriptions contained therein, of the physical condition, size, authenticity, or quality.
5. Prospective bidders should inspect the property before bidding. The photographs published in this catalog are solely for guidance and are not to be relied upon in terms of tone, color or necessarily to reveal any imperfections in the lot.
6. Notwithstanding the preceding condition, if within thirty (30) days of the sale of any lot, the pruchaser can provide to us in writing, the opinion of an industry recognized, and properly credentialled expert that the item was in effect inaccurately described in the catalog, and within fifteen (15) days after such notice the purchaser returns the lot to us in the same condition as when sold, we as agent for the Consignor will rescind the sale and refund the purchase price.
7. We reserve the right to withdraw any property before sale.
8. Unless othewise announced by the auctioneer, all bids are per lot as numbered in the catalog.
9. The auctioner reserves the right to refuse admission to the sale or to refuse to recognize any or all bids from any particular person or persons at any auction.
10. If the auctioneer decides that any opening bid is below the value of the lot offered, he may reject the same and wtihdraw the lot from sale, and if , having acknowledged an opening bid, he decides that any advance thereafter is insufficient, he may reject the advance.
11. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer will be the purchaser. In the event of a dispute between bidders, or in the event of doubt on our part as to the validity of any bid, the auctioneer will hav ethe final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to reoffer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, our sale record is conclusive.
12. On the fall of the auctioneer's hammer, title to the lot will pass to the highest biodder acknowledged by the auctioneer, subject to the conditions set forth herein, and such bidder thereupon (a) assumes full risk and responsibility therefor, (b) will thereupon pay the full purchase price therefore or such part as we may require. All property must be removed by the purchaser at his expense no later than seven (7) days following its sale, after which date the purchaser shall be responsible for all storage charges until the date the lot is removed from the facilities of e-Baron Auctions.
13. Payment must be made on the day of the sale by cash, certified check, Credit Card, bank wire, or via PayPal unless other arrangements have been made with the auctioneer.
If the purchaser fails to pay for any lot within seven (7) days from the date of the auction sale, e-Baron Auctions may, without limitation of rights of e-Baron Auctions against the buyer, resell any of the items effected and in such case the original buyer shall be responsible to e-Baron Auctions for (a) any deficiency in price between the re-sale amount and the amount to have been paid by the original buyer, (b) any resonable charges by e-Baron Auctions for the storage of such items until payment and removal by the subsequent owner, and (c) the amount of commission which e-Baron Auctions would have earned had payment been made in full by the original buyer.
14. Neither e-Baron AUctions nor its employees nor its agents shal be liable for any loss or damage of any kind to the lots after the expiration of seven (7) days from the date of sale, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, while any lot is in or under the respective custody of e-Baron Auctions.
15. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make all arrangements for insuring, packing, and removing the property purchased and any assistance by e-Baron Auctions or the employees of, agents or contractors in packing and removal shall be rendered as a courtesy and without liability to them.
e-Baron Auctions shall not be liable for any damage to any auction lots and shall not be liable for any errors or omissions or damage caused by packers and shippers notwithstanding the fact that e-Baron Auctions may have recommended such shippers or packers to the purchaser.
Post sale determination of shipping costs does not constitute grounds for cancellation of any purchase made at auction.
16. Illinois residents will be charged sales tax as well as purchasers who pick up at this auction without a valid Resale Certificate.
17. Persons attending the previews, sales, or during the removal of goods asume all risks of damage of, or loss to person and property and specifically releases e-Baron Auctions from liability. e-Baron Auctions shall not be held liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises on which the auctions sale is being held.
18. This agreement comprises the entirety of the contract between e-Baron Auctions and the buyer. e-Baron Auctions shall not be held liable in respect of any representations no made in writing herein. This agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. All parties agree that the place of contract is Evanston, County of Cook, Illinois, and any land all litigation will be filed in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois.
