Lot of 2 Confederate artifacts consisting of relic condition bridal cutting Confederate pike and side knife probably made from Thomas Griswold foot artillery sword. The pike measures 18 ½” from tip to end and nearly 6” from tip to end of sideblade. The pike is heavily rusted and in relic condition also Bill Gary’s notes indicate dug up in South Carolina. The side knife measures nearly 11” overall with 6 ¼” blade that is heavily rusted. The hilt shows a good patina with tracesof markings on the blade that we cannot read.
