All Things Estate Auctions is not in the business of collecting delinquent accounts receivable and finds the need to do so to be a waste of its resources. Therefore, when a bidder unilaterally violates the terms and conditions by not paying as agreed, forcing All Things Estate Auctions to use valuable time and effort for non-income producing purposes, a 20% restocking fee, with a minimum fee of $50, shall be applied and collected. A 20% restocking fee also applies to merchandise rejected by the buyer due to reasons other than misrepresentation by All Things Estate Auctions. All sales are final. No lots are sold on approval. Placing a bid is a legally binding obligation. There are no returns or exchanges. By signing up to bid and by bidding, bidder agrees not to violate the payment provisions of these terms and conditions.
