<B>Lot of Thirteen Diplomatic and Political Signatures</B></I> including: the Turkish Minister to the United States; the Portuguese Minister to the United States; the Spanish Minister to the United States; the <I>chargés d'affaires</B></I> of Germany to the United States. Most date from 1875-1900 and are artfully tipped into a leather bound album, 8.25" x 5.75".
