CHICKEN RUN (2000) - Chicken Hut Number 19 Model Miniature

A chicken hut model miniature from Peter Lord and Nick Park's animated adventure comedy Chicken Run. The chickens at Tweedy Farm lived in wooden huts modelled after World War II prisoner-of-war camps, and a hut numbered "19" can be seen in the background of several shots. Many of the sets and puppets were destroyed in a fire in 2005, making items from the film relatively rare.

The hollow structure is predominantly constructed from resin and body filler, with corrugated metal roof pieces and a sliding resin door. It is painted and textured to appear as wood and intentionally distressed to appear weathered. "19" is hand-painted on the front and roof. There is some wear from production and storage, including chipping around some of the edges and the roof, and the ramp is no longer present. Part of the metal roof has bent backwards and the numbers are slightly faded. Dimensions: 49 cm x 33 cm x 29 cm (19 1/4" x 13" x 11 1/2")

Estimate: GBP 3000 - 6000 M
