1919-D Liberty Walking Half Dollar. Brilliant toned but still silvery luster from the surface of this appealing rarity. Desirable with this originality; a normal strike, even though we need to point out some moderate signs of weakness in the head, hand, and central body of Liberty, also on the eagle's body and trailing leg. Were the strike sharper, we could see this coin in a MS63 or MS64 grading holder, since there is a welcome absence of marks. (#6578)
