Very Good condition - 7.5" barrel - Very Early SA - finish to soft gray patina, scarce scattered freckling - 1-piece wood grips with shrinkage and wear - front blade/rear frame notch sights - 1-line legible barrel markings in block letters: COLT'S PT F.A. MFG. CO. HARFORD CT U.S.A. - faint, first type "two date in two line " frame patent markings ending 1872 - matching visible SNs (faint on cylinder) - The Colt Achieve letter indicates the gun was shipped October 18, 1876 to Schuyler, Harley & Graham, New York, New York, 50 guns in shipment – caliber .45/c, barrel length, not listed, finish, blue and type of stocks not listed. Remarks note “that the records do not provide information with regards to the barrel length of subject revolver or the other type of stocks.
