STAR WARS: A NEW HOPE (1977) - Anthony Daniels Collection: Five C-3PO Greetings Cards and Postcard

Five assorted greeting cards and a postcard featuring C-3PO, all manufactured in 1977 by Drawing Board Greetings Cards, Inc. The lot includes a "Star Wars" card featuring the Hildebrandt poster artwork; a "Greetings, Earthling!" card; and three cards displaying different stills of C-3PO from A New Hope with humorous taglines. The postcard shows artwork by Carol Wynne of C-3PO and R2-D2. All the cards remain blank inside, as does the postcard, and the three larger cards come with their original envelopes. Dimensions (larger cards): 19.75 cm x 13.75 cm (7 3/4" x 5 1/2")

Additional Provenance: This lot comes from the personal collection of actor Anthony Daniels. Daniels plays loyal protocol droid, C-3PO in the Star Wars saga. He first appeared in the role in 1977 and is the only actor to appear in all Star Wars feature films to date.
