STAR WARS: VARIOUS PRODUCTIONS - Anthony Daniels Collection: Anthony Daniels' Hand-annotated Radio Drama Scripts, Publicity Still and Unopened Tapes

Anthony Daniels' hand-annotated radio drama scripts, a publicity still, and an unopened audio cassette collection of the Star Wars radio series. The six scripts are for the six episodes of the Return of the Jedi radio series broadcast in 1996. They are held together with bulldog clips, and feature handwritten notes and dialogue changes, with C-3PO's lines underlined. They come in a yellow card folder hand-labelled "Jedi Radio Scripts". The black-and-white publicity still features Daniels, Perry King (Han Solo) and Mark Hamill in a recording booth for the original Star Wars radio series recorded in 1981, and the unopened audio cassette collection features all 13 episodes of the 1981 series over six cassettes. Dimensions (script folder): 24 cm x 35 cm x 2.5 cm (9 1/2" x 13 3/4" x 1")

Additional Provenance: This lot comes from the personal collection of actor Anthony Daniels. Daniels plays loyal protocol droid C-3PO in the Star Wars saga. He first appeared in the role in 1977 and is the only actor to appear in all Star Wars feature films to date.
