THE MUPPET SHOW (T.V. SERIES, 1976 - 1981) - Anthony Daniels Collection: Anthony Daniels' Hand-annotated Scripts, Choreography Notes and Other Production Ephemera

Anthony Daniels' hand-annotated scripts, notes and photographs from the production of Episode 4.17 of The Muppet Show, which aired on 29 February 1980.

The lot contains two scripts, one bound and one loose. The loose script has "Mr Anthony Daniels" and "Tony D" handwritten on the first page, and the bound script features Daniels' handwritten annotations. Also included in the lot is a handwritten page with Daniels' choreography notes for the climactic tap dance sequence; a photograph of Daniels with Mark Hamill and Kermit the Frog; a silver Kermit necklace in a box; and 13 pages cut from Star Wars magazine (Vol. 1 No. 36 January/February 2002) with an article about the episode. Dimensions (each script): 33 cm x 20.5 cm x 1 cm (13" x 8" x 1/2")

Additional Provenance: This lot comes from the personal collection of actor Anthony Daniels. Daniels plays loyal protocol droid, C-3PO in the Star Wars saga. He first appeared in the role in 1977 and is the only actor to appear in all Star Wars feature films to date.
