THE ROLLING STONES - Budweiser Rolling Stones Promotional Guitar

A Budweiser electric guitar from the promotion of the Budweiser Rock 'n' Roll Summit. Anheuser-Busch sponsored a number of Rolling Stones concerts during their 1990 tour that was to culminate in a "Rock N' Roll Summit" in Moscow on 13th August 1990 as a celebration of friendship between fans from different nations, with a large banner signed by thousands of American fans presented to Soviet fans. However, the Rolling Stones themselves did not attend and Soviet performers played.

This Dean-built, six-string electric guitar features a unique bowtie-shaped body with a red finish with a white Budweiser logo and a "Budweiser Rock and Roll Summit" graphic featuring the Rolling Stones tongue and lips logo, as well as two clear knobs with black backings (one tone, one volume). Its serial number is 9021509. Also included is a black Fender soft-shell guitar case. The guitar is missing one string and exhibits a few chips in the finish. Dimensions: 105.5 cm x 28 cm x 7.75 cm (41.5" x 11" x 3")
