1913-D Lincoln Cent. A lovely red specimen, well preserved, and lustrous MS64 that has copper-bright color. It is easy to see this piece was delivered an insufficient blow by the dies, or as some researchers believe, the dies were used past their normal termination, which imparted their worn condition to the struck planchet.
