The first edition of this design first appeared in 1956 with Savignac throwing open the windows to the break-of-day possibilities contained within the Italian daily. Now, almost a decade later, the paper reissues the design once again, the appeal of its simplicity and clarity as apparent as when it initially hit the streets. The only alteration is the watercolor rainbow that all but obscures the portaled paper; it does, however, make it instantly obvious that the paper has moved on to an all-color format.
