AIRWOLF (1984-1987) - Dr. Charles Henry Moffet's (David Hemmings) Flight Suit by Jean-Pierre Dorleac - Dr. Charles Henry Moffet's (David Hemmings) flight suit by Jean-Pierre Dorelac from Donald P. Bellisario's military drama series Airwolf. The deranged Dr. Moffet, inventor of the prototype supersonic stealth helicopter, absconded with the craft in the series' pilot.

Designed by Emmy& reg;- and Academy Award& reg;-winning costume designer Jean-Pierre Dorleac, this custom-made medium gray cotton twill jumpsuit features full-length zip closure, a hook-and-loop closure stand collar and pockets, banded epaulets, black quilted nylon contrasting stripes on the outer sides and inner legs, embroidered "AIRWOLF" patches, a two-tone embroidered "MOFFET" nametape, and embroidered three-toned "MED" and arrow emblem next to a red embroidered arrow above the knee. It features the following hand-markings: a "1 DAVID HEMMINGS" on the inside of the gray cotton belt, and a faded hand-marked "D. HEMMINGS" neck tag. Included are brown-green cotton duck lace-up desert boots with black rubber toe cap, each hand-marked "D. HEMMINGS" on the interior. The lot exhibits color fading, discoloration and loose threads from use and conveyance.
