STAR WARS: EPISODE IV - A NEW HOPE (1977) - High-Altitude Death Star Surface Model Miniature Panel - A high-altitude Death Star surface model miniature panel from George Lucas' Star Wars: A New Hope. This panel was designed and constructed by Industrial Light & Magic (ILM) as part of the vast miniature Death Star set, specifically for shots where Rebel fighters flew high above its massive surface. Pieces of the set were later given out to attendees at the premiere of Star Wars: The Phantom Menace.

This biscuit foam panel is decorated with cast greeblies and finished in industrial gray paint with portions of white and yellow paint on the ends. Its underside is unpainted, and it exhibits some grime and flaking to the foam from production use and age. Dimensions: 6" x 3" x 1.25" (15.25 cm x 7.75 cm x 3 cm)
