STAR TREK: DEEP SPACE NINE (1993-1999) - Cardassian Recording Console from "In the Pale Moonlight" with Optolythic and Isolinear Data Rods - A Cardassian recording console from Season 6's "In the Pale Moonlight." Captain Benjamin Sisko (Avery Books) and Elim Garak (Andrew Robinson) recruited criminal programmer Grathon Tolar (Howard Shangraw) to fabricate a recording of Dominion personnel planning a Romulan Empire attack.

The lot features five acrylic data rods that insert into the console, a gray-brown painted MDF featuring angular, beveled, and ribbed detailing; black plexiglass with multicolor circuitry artwork backlit by fluorescent bulbs; two circular decals in Cardassian iconography, and additional silver and gray pin-striping details that have been sympathetically restored on top of the plexiglass. Five holes allow for drop-in rod placement, while a two-prong power cord runs through a hole in the base. Included are four "isolinear" rods with orange and black pinstriping, and one "optolythic" rod with blue pinstriping and red tape. It exhibits paint scratching, chipping, and scuffing. Dimensions: 20" x 17.25" x 14" (51 cm x 44 cm x 35.75 cm)
