1890 Morgan Dollar. Lustrous frosty devices with contrasting deep reflective surfaces enhances the rich highlights. Nearly full hair and breast detail. A truly outstanding gem specimen of a fashionable Philly mint issue from our silver dollar era. These were struck under the auspices of the Coinage Act of 1890, which mandated that the mint purchase a certain number of ounces of silver for coinage into dollars. (#7196)
