STAR WARS: THE PHANTOM MENACE (1999) - Qui-Gon Jinn's (Liam Neeson's) Imagecaster Holoprojector

Qui-Gon Jinn's (Liam Neeson) Imagecaster holoprojector from George Lucas' Star Wars: The Phantom Menace. Carried by members of the Jedi Order, these devices could display holograms and facilitate real-time communication. Jinn used an Imagecaster to project a hologram of Queen Amidala's (Natalie Portman) royal starship while bargaining with Watto to obtain a hyperdrive generator for the vessel.

The disk-shaped resin holoprojector has three curved, rotatable silver-coloured arms fitted to a circular green frame, inside of which is a circular silver-coloured grill. The grill features three triangular apertures with hatches. Within each aperture are three copper-coloured tubes, which are visible from the rear of the grill plate. The lot exhibits signs of production wear, including chips to the grill paint and slight abrasions on the frame, but it is otherwise in very good condition. Dimensions: 8 cm x 8 cm x 2 cm (3 1/4" x 3 1/4" x 3/4")

Estimate: GBP 5000 - 10000 M
