SPACEBALLS (1987) - Screen-matched Close-up Mega Maid Model Miniature Face

A screen-matched close-up Mega Maid model miniature face from Mel Brooks' sci-fi parody Spaceballs. Mega Maid was the transformed version of spaceship Spaceball I, and was used to suck the air out of a planet's atmosphere. Markings and intentional weathering on the cheeks screen-match this face to the scene when escape pods eject just before the Mega Maid's self-destruction.

The face is made of fibreglass and hand-painted to look like it is made of panelled metal. A piece of wood with a hook has been added to the back, allowing it to be hung. The face has some wear from production use and age, including wear to the paintwork on the chin, nose and around the crown. Dimensions: 12 cm x 23 cm x 32 cm (4 3/4" x 9" x 12 1/2")

Estimate: GBP 4000 - 8000 OMEGA
