It stands to reason that someone might get a little upset if they had their heart set on a particular nip after a hard day’s travails, but Cappiello’s worked-up courtier looks as if he just might blow his top if he doesn’t get his hands on some Boutelleau cognac stat! Edmond Boutelleau gave his name to a brand of cognac he started distilling in 1849; it has been in the hands of Cognac Tiffon since 1990, but the original name has been retained on the label.
