INDEPENDENCE DAY (1996) - Production-Made 24-Inch Alien Attacker Model Miniature - A production-made, 24-inch alien Attacker model miniature from Roland Emmerich's sci-fi action film Independence Day. Captain Steven Hiller (Will Smith) took one attacker down and captured the pilot during the first battle.

Gifted from the film's lead model maker to the VFX Producer, this Attacker model miniature is made of hollow fiberglass and features an intricate, multifaceted pattern all over its chassis and was hand-painted predominantly in varying shades of metallic green, with bronze-color paint down the ship's panel lines. A small metal mounting point is on the underside and now sits on a custom-made display. Also included is an invitation to the world premiere and a Black Knights VMFA 314 patch. This lot exhibits cracking around the base of the fin on top of the craft. Dimensions: 21.5" x 24.5" x 10" (54.75 cm x 62.25 cm x 25.5 cm)
