AVP: ALIEN VS. PREDATOR (2004) - Chestburster with Detachable Tail

A Chestburster with a detachable tail from Paul W. S. Anderson's AVP: Alien vs. Predator. Xenomorph Chestbursters gestated within the bodies of their unfortunate hosts, including Sebastian De Rosa (Raoul Bova), whose Chestburster was snatched from the air by the Yautja Predator Scar (Ian Whyte).

Designed for the film by Academy Award& reg;-winning special effects group Amalgamated Dynamics, Inc., this Chestburster features a head and body made of detailed painted silicone with a foam centre and interior wire; a loose extra long tail crafted from foam latex with a resin tip and a small wire inside which protrudes slightly from the base of the tail that allows for insertion into the foam back of the Chestburster's body; and a pair of grey resin teeth. The Chestburster exhibits some wear, including cracking in the foam. Dimensions: 35.75 cm x 23 cm x 9 cm (14" x 9" x 3.5")
