GHOSTBUSTERS (2016) - Light-Up Hero V-2 Style Proton Pack - A light-up hero V-2 style proton pack from Paul Feig's supernatural comedy Ghostbusters. A team of paranormal investigators wore the first iteration of their specially-created backpacks, which gave them the ability to contain and catch ghosts. This pack features a combustible sticker, which attributes it to Dr. Erin Gilbert (as played by Kristen Wiig). 'V-2' was the production name for the first backpack-style pack seen in the film, with the 'V-3' being the final revised pack and the 'V-1' presumably the non-backpack 'proton box' first built by the Ghostbusters in the film.

This proton pack consists of a metal backing frame affixed with adjustable nylon straps and a series of decorative details. These details include a carbon speaker basket coiled with a series of copper-color wires; metal and nylon cables and wiring; several green circuitry plates; a pressure gauge; several control boxes featuring levers and knobs; and a copper-color metal canister. Pressing a battery-operated switch on the front will cause several multicolored lights on the pack to illuminate.

Also included is the pack's "Wand", which consists of a plastic and metal silver-color box featuring multicolored accents, an activation switch and a metal barrel with a black rubber grip. The wand has a removable illuminating SFX barrel tip that produces red light. This lot exhibits signs of wear throughout from age and use. Dimensions: 25" x 20" x 13.5" (63.5 cm x 51 cm x 34.5 cm)

Contains electronic components; see notice in the Buyer's Guide.
