THUNDERBIRDS (1965-1966) - Replica Aloysius Parker Puppet

A replica Aloysius Parker puppet from Gerry and Sylvia Anderson's sci-fi television series Thunderbirds. The puppet is clothed in a butler/chauffeur uniform, consisting of black resin formal shoes; black cotton socks, black and grey cotton pinstriped trousers; a brown cotton double-plated button jacket; and a matching cotton hat with a resin brim and gem feature. With the hands and head painted Parker's skin colour, his face is adorned with grey faux eyebrows, faux hair, faux eyelashes, and plastic blue eyes. The interior has been permeated with plaster, enabling it to remain securely erect. The jaw is articulated so it can fit a miniature cigarette.

The puppet is attached to a raised wooden platform that forms part of a metal and glass display cabinet. It exhibits a minor tear on the left corner of the hat's brim on its underside. Dimensions: 16 cm x 11 cm x 52 cm (6 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 20 1/2")

Estimate: GBP 800 - 1600 M
