WHO FRAMED ROGER RABBIT (1988) - Framed Hand-Drawn Richard Williams Toontown Artwork - Framed Toontown artwork hand-drawn by Richard Williams, the animation director of Robert Zemeckis' Oscar& reg;-winning detective comedy Who Framed Roger Rabbit. Roger Rabbit (Charles Fleischer) and his fellow cartoon characters resided in LA's Toontown.

This artwork depicting Roger holding a "Toontown Ltd." sign is rendered and signed "XX Bob! From Dick W," possibly to director Zemeckis, in mixed media on paper. It comes framed behind glass in a black metal frame. The paper exhibits some creasing and stain marks, and the frame exhibits several dings.
