THE THING (1982) - Set of Production Ephemera - Production ephemera from John Carpenter's science fiction horror The Thing. This set comes from writer/producer and documentarian Craig Miller, the film's uncredited marketing consultant.

The lot consists of one black binder with 200 black-and-white storyboard copies; one black folder-bound, 121-page second draft script; one blue folder-bound, 131-page final draft script; two copies of Joseph W. Campbell Jr.'s "Who Goes There?" paper-covered, 31-page novelette; and one untested trailer cassette tape in a plastic brown case. This lot exhibits tears, edge wear, staining, and sticky residue. Dimensions: (largest) 8.5" x 11" x 0.5" (21.5 cm x 28 cm x 1.25 cm)
