The front page has an ad for a printed copy of a pamphlet discussing 'CONSIDERATIONS ON THE PRESENT SITUATION OF GREAT-BRITAIN AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA...' There is also an ad for an oration published by historic colonial physician Benjamin Rush, M.D., and a notice from the State Lottery Office that tickets would be available for a lottery to be held the 'second Tuesday of April next...' Page 3 has a notice for two escaped slaves from Maryland: 'RAN AWAY / An elderly Negro Man named WILL... Also another Negro Fellow named CHARLES'. A reward is offered by 'John Anderson.' News about legislation, and international affairs comprise most of pp. 2-3; page 4 is devoted to more ads. Golden-brown toned pages, with dampstaining, light soiling and a few tears along the center fold. Interesting content.
