JAMES BOND: DIE ANOTHER DAY (2002) - Ice Palace Swan, Ashtray and Drinking Glass

An ice palace swan, ashtray and glass from Lee Tamahori's Bond film Die Another Day. Gustav Graves (Toby Stephens) hosted his Icarus satellite launch party at his Iceland ice palace, which he later melted with the satellite in an attempt to murder NSA agent Jinx (Halle Berry).

This lot includes a clear resin swan that has plaster and mesh adhered to its hollow interior; a resin drinking glass; and a square glass ashtray. The swan and glass both feature a textured surface to give the appearance they have been sculpted from ice. The swan has chips around the base, peeling of the interior plaster and discolouration from production use, while glue remnants are present on the base of the ashtray.

Dimensions (swan): 63 cm x 35 cm x 85 cm (24 3/4" x 13 3/4" x 33 1/2"); (glass): 11.5 cm x 9 cm x 8.5 cm (4 1/2" x 3 1/2" x 3 1/4")
